Pitch Feedback



After listening to the producer's feedback from my pitch I have noticed that the ideas surrounding the mixed variety of race and gender in the cast are strong during the initial reaction to my pitch. However, during the presentation, the release date and the regular showing rates weren't made clear enough in the powerpoint as well as possibly giving future plot ideas to lengthen the series enough to possibly create multiple series out of the story.

During the Feedback, the producers pointed out that if I used the ideas that I mentioned in the feedback then I would "Kind got scope their for maybe a second series". Another problem that I have missed out is how I will be able to drip feed the audience into becoming hooked to the series as well as secret information about characters that may have a twist to them later in the current series or a possible future series. 

Another issue is the target audience, Which could have been extended a bit as it will most likely appeal to watchers over the age of 40 and possibly upon evaluation, increase it to 16-60, Although due to my observance I have decided that the age gap is appropriate.

Overall apart from the Target audience, Future story/drip feeding the audience and making the dates of the production clearer, the Feedback was 50/50 positive and negative which is good due to me now knowing areas that I am lacking and improve to a higher standard and areas where I know that I have completed well and to a good enough standard.
